Elegí esta canción, porque Hoobastank es mi grupo favorito. Me encantan las letras de sus canciones, y me siento identificada con muchas. En verdad, hay canciones que me gustan más que ésta, porque son mucho más movidas. Pero me encanta la letra de "If I were you", ya que habla de valorar las cosas que uno tiene, de agradecer por ellas.
